Parents and former students over 18 can object to the release of personally identifiable information by printing out, completing, and mailing to the court by April 1, 2016 the "Objection to Disclosure of Student Information and Records" form. This form is also located on the California Department of Education's website at: www.cde.ca.gov/morganhillcase
